During the preparation processes of all items we have over the years identified certain specific areas in each of our processes that plays a significant roll in delivering the right product to our clients. These include :

  • Hygiene monitoring as prescribed;
  • Product monitoring i.e.: the correct cut, size, colour, taste and smell of product monitored and documented by HACCP stipulations;
  • Use of corrective packaging; clear labelling and correct packed weight required as stipulated and documented on a Specification Sheet where necessary;
